• Provide customer service and technical support related to flow cytometry, cell sorter and analysis software (Beckman Coulter), homeostasis (Instrumentation Laboratory) and osmolality (Advanced Instrument). • Demonstrate, educate and train the customers on the fundamental knowledge, applications and instrument operations. • Assist customers in experiment design, data interpretation and troubleshooting. • Assist product executive to compile information and documents for tender.

• Administer and coordinate the technical activities, educational programs, and infrastructure related to the operation of the specialized laboratories. • Develop and implement Laboratory(s) policies and procedures. • Maintain liaison with investigators, research personnel and staff to solve specific operating problems and improve technical activities. • Maintain quality checks on safety of laboratories and insure maintenance of the facilities according to Good Laboratory Practices. • Assist in the determination of fiscal requirements and in the preparation of budgetary recommendations. • Recommend and approve purchases of major capital equipment.
