I’m an operations and supply chain leader with a track record of scaling food and CPG businesses across retail, ecommerce, and wholesale. At The Goods Mart, I lead end-to-end operations and launched a new wholesale distribution vertical, supporting 100+ brands and 60+ customer accounts nationwide while driving significant growth in locations, placements, and units sold. My work focuses on building SOPs, forecasting and inventory systems, and operational workflows that unlock scale without sacrificing quality or compliance. Previously at UrbanStems, I built and scaled a new dried florals category from the ground up, growing it 14x in two years and bringing production in-house to reduce COGS and improve supply continuity. Earlier roles span supply chain leadership in high-growth, regulated food environments. I’m passionate about building smart, resilient operations that make great products easier to produce, distribute, and sell.
