Over 20 years of progressive experience in the steel industry, with deep technical expertise in critical operations such as cold rolling, continuous pickling, annealing, hot-dip galvanizing/galvannealing, acid regeneration, and hydrogen production from natural gas. Managed end-to-end production processes for hot-rolled, cold-rolled, and galvanized/galvannealed flat steel products, ensuring quality, efficiency, and alignment with strategic goals. As the unit safety officer, I implemented occupational health and safety practices to ensure compliance with legal regulations, minimize risks, and foster a culture of safe working. Contributed to supply continuity by conducting technical and commercial analyses during the procurement processes of spare parts, equipment, materials, and services required by the facilities. Conducted supplier visits, kept the vendor portfolio up to date, and introduced alternative suppliers to create a competitive advantage. Actively contributed to the implementation and auditing of integrated management systems, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949, and ISO 50001—ensuring compliance in quality, environment, occupational health & safety, and energy management. Promoted a culture of continuous improvement by applying methodologies such as TPM, OEE, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, Statistical Process Control (SPC), and structured project management. Advanced user of Level-1 and Level-2 production control systems, with strong command of enterprise and digital platforms including MS Office, SAP, Oracle, and Maximo. Bringing strong competencies in team leadership, project execution, sustainable production strategies, AI integration, and data-driven decision support systems to enhance operational performance.
