As group controller, I have established the platform for the whole group to monitor the performance results for each region against their budget and rolling forcast and worked out the action plans to address the negative differences arising in the process; led the cross-functional team to reduce the manufacturing costs significantly; improved the net working capital greatly through coordinating the efforts from sales, supply chain, production; kept the dumping rate within 1% of the export value by working with our sales team in US and consultant in China constructively.
