Established national distribution of product in over 700 accounts. Developed marketing strategies NESTE OIL to raise consumer sell-through of product by 20%. Reduced sales associate turnover 25% by instituting an innovative motivational and incentive program. Managed the wholesale and retail sale of lubricants and auto spare parts, sale of services, the control of debts. Monitored the prices of competitors and the development of price policy. Organised and conducted exhibitions, seminars and trainings.
