Led the Corporate and Business Development activities in Canada / USA. This VP-level role reported to the President of Acciona and Director de Zona for the Canada/USA business operations. Responsible for the financial evaluation of major projects, PPP, Alternative Project Delivery, advising primarily Partnerships BC but also to the Long Beach Administrative Office of the Courts and Bay Area Rapid Transit. Financial and commercial evaluation of: - Kelowna Vernon Hospital, - Royal Jubilee Hospital and - Surrey Outpatient Facility hospitals. (now Jim Pattison Outpatient Facility) - BART Oakland Airport connector - Sea to Sky Highway - AOC Longbeach Courthouse - CRD WWTP and Biosolids Provided financial evaluation of the refinancing of the Sea-to-Sky highway. Provided financial services to the Bay Area Rapid Transit for the Oakland Airport Connector Project, and shadow bid and PSC modelling for Administrative Office of the Courts Long Beach Courthouse project. Prepared financial analysis and complex PPP financial modelling. Also involved in private placement services and financial modelling, model audit and valuation services for renewable energy companies like Babcock & Brown and Good Energies.

Strategic analysis and planning to enter major project market as Design Builder and developer for PPP projects. Developed a Strategic Plan and Business Case for Board review.

Business evaluation and restructuring of a $100+ million Mortgage Investment Corporation portfolio. Evaluated the viability and completed the due diligence of an acquisition of a $10+ million niche business.
