Advancement and creation of processes, improvements in measurements, and enhancement of personnel capabilities. Improvements to and maintenance of the Labelmaster Quality Management System, including leading the upgrade to the ISO 9001-2015 version.

Developed and implemented site-wide quality system for compliance to ISO 9001-2008, which included hands-on work with all departments and levels of personnel. Larger actions included new internal audit and corrective action processes, implementation of QMS software, creation or development of QMS data to improve processes, a comprehensive product design process tailored to individual product lines, formal corrective / preventive action processes, and systematic document control.

Maintained the ISO 9001 quality system, including upgrade to the 2008 version, for the Custom Packaging division. Management of Quality Technicians on multiple shifts in the Industrial division. Satisfactory resolution of customer complaints in both divisions to maintain business and improve processes. Working with other departments, I developed improved processes and tasks such as Cold Weather Handling enhancements, Feasibility Review improvements, and improved QMS documents.
