Leah Peralta

With experience supporting operations across New York, I’ve had the opportunity to help team members grow, from styling assistants to service coordinators and location managers. My day-to-day work involved helping with product orders, keeping track of inventory, and stepping in wherever needed. I also worked alongside the marketing and customer service teams to help things run as smoothly as possible. Over time, I picked up experience with recruiting, hiring, and training new staff. I also enjoyed creating content, managing social media platforms, and putting together simple designs to support our marketing. I’ve helped manage digital ads through Meta Business and Google Business, always aiming to bring more attention to the brand in a genuine way. I’m proud to be a hardworking person who truly cares about doing good work. As a mom advocating for children with ASD, I bring a lot of heart and patience into everything I do. I’m always looking for ways to keep learning, improving, and helping others along the way. While I take my work seriously, I try to stay down-to-earth and bring a positive attitude wherever I go. Every day, I strive to lead by example through hard work, kindness, and dedication.
