- Enhance the partnership and sales growth with existing customers such FIS (FPT SI), CMC TSSG (CMC SI), FTI, SaoBacDau, HPT, HiPT,SVTECH, LacViet, DTG, DTS, Infonet, TDSouth, Sunshine Solutions, CTIN, HQG, NTS SI, AVASO, LienPhat, iTD, KDDI, NTT, Vinafore, TBL, Realtek, Tawoong, Infoplus, Novaland, Ton Duc Thang University, SmartPay, ACB, TPS Sofware, Frasers property,Tran Duc Furnishings,.. - Executes short and long-term product strategies to meet Country plans and goals to grow market share by demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction and quality. - Establishes and maintains long-term customer relationships with strategically important customers. - Develop partnerships and opportunities for the targeted vertical market, e.g. distributors, system integrators/value-added resellers/service providers/telco of IT markets, and Cloud Providers. Present, and deliver company solutions at exhibitions, seminars, webinars. - Enhance the partnership and growth with existing customers/ partners.

- Receiving and surveying customer needs, consulting and providing Fortinet, QNAP, Zyxel, Engenius models and solutions . - Build product strategy and development plan in line with business goals, forecast technology trends and market needs. - Work closely with engineering, vendors, channel partners and sales teams to ensure hardware products and integrated systems operate efficiently and meet customer requirements. - Present, and deliver company solutions at exhibitions, webinars.

- Install and set up Draytek, Router Cisco with static Route and Dynamic Route (RIP, EIFRP, OSPF). - Install and set up Switch such as config Vlan, trunking, VTP… - Providing technical advice and consultancy to clients and management on matters of technical architecture infrastructure developments. - Acknowledge the direct feedback from customers and coordinate with relevant departments to improve the quality of services of the company. - Troubleshooting IT devices (PC, telephone, Printer) for the company.
