-Technical University Recruiter within Global Business Services entry level and MBA consulting roles in the Washington, DC metro area. Managed full life cycle recruiting (sourcing, candidate interview preparation, offer processing, negotiation, onboarding). -Engaged with hiring managers on sourcing strategies for targeted candidates. Actively networked and presented to STEM students at target universities to generate candidate pipelines and company interest. Engaged with professors who taught specialized Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence courses. -Individually responsible for a headcount of 67 full-time entry level positions, 10 advanced MBA positions, and 8 internship roles. Achieved 100% of hiring goal by Q1 with a recruiting process that starts at the end of Q3. -Planned and executed final technical interview events with 100+ students in attendance. -Promoted to lead for the team. -Supported the hiring efforts of the Greater Washington market for intern and full-time Assurance hires. -Focused on logistics and planning for campus recruiting events including office visits, sell days, and on-campus events. -Utilized human resource software including Recsolu and Taleo to manage candidate status and interview invitations. - Served as the lead coordinator for the Northeast Assurance practice responsible for initiating the on-boarding process for new hires and bi-weekly reporting.

-Facilitated full life-cycle recruiting from candidate identification to offer negotiation for various contract and permanent roles. Client included both federal and commercial sector. -Worked with Delivery Leadership and Account Managers to drive the go-to-delivery strategy plans for assigned accounts. Optimized delivery by using skill aligned candidate pipelines.
