Responsibilities: - Sourcing candidates on LinkedIn and reaching out to alumni. - Auditing requisitions before marking them as “hired” in the system. - Supporting the Talent Acquisition team with ad-hoc scheduling, especially outside the Paradox tool. - Engaging with current interns by organizing events such as lunches and special activities. - Conducting market research on hiring trends. Campus Hiring Initiatives: - Contacting universities and colleges to strengthen partnerships. - Organizing and confirming university events for the Fall 2025 and Spring 2026 cycles. - Collaborating with hiring teams to understand the needs for a potential rotation program.
