Main task :  Import :  Follow and handle air/sea import ( LCL/FLC ).  Freehand shipment: check the rate with the agent to salesman quotation to the customer, then check the contact the supplier with the customer and send the agent to check the cargo ready date. Arrange to book with the agent, check the bill of lading, follow tracing the vessel, ETA, update to the customer, submit manifest, send AN to the customer, DN, take EDO from the carrier.  Nominated shipment: Receive documents from oversea agents, check and request amend if any are wrong, check ETA, submit manifest, contact with real consignee on bill send AN, DN, and release D/O if have telex or original bill. Export :  Follow and handle air/sea export( LCL/FCL )  Check the rate with the carrier or co-loader to get a salesman's quotation to the customer or overseas agent.  Receive booking requests from customers/overseas agents.  Contact customers / overseas agents to get the cargo ready date, send the schedule & get shipping confirmation. Make a booking with airlines/ shipping lines. Send the booking confirmation to the Customer/ Overseas agent. Arrange trucking and Clear Customs if any.  Update deadline SI & VGM to customer, issue HBL, and submit MBL, send the bill to the customer, and overseas agent check and confirm.  Input and update all required data such as costing and selling based on red invoices, and receipts,… into the system.  Send a pre-alert to the agent.  Handled shipments to US, Japan , have filed AMS, ISF ( 10+2 ) , AFR for Japan shipments.
