At the heart of my work, we are a social innovation centre dedicated to creating change in Singapore. As the Programme and Research Intern under The Thought Collective, I learned how to develop my range of skills. I was in charge of planning system-level thinking programmes for youths, engaging them to think in a broader perspective. I also planned and collaborated with Pivotal Youth and National Youth Council to create the Youth Leaders exchange programme between Singapore and other Asian Countries, that focuses on discussing the complexities and the avenue for collaboration between countries. I also hone skills such as researching and developing civic trails that explore the societal and fundamental issues in Singapore. Through my work, we explored and researched heavily on current affairs, system-thinking and organizational development.
