- Designed and built interactive Power BI dashboards to monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) in the telecommunications industry. - Automated data loading processes to ensure real-time updates and accuracy in data visualization. - Created filters and measures in Power BI for dynamic exploration of metrics, enabling stakeholders to track performance trends effectively. - Conducted analysis on metrics such as call types, event types, and traffic patterns to support revenue assurance and operational optimization. - Collaborated with the Revenue Assurance experts to identify irregularities, contributing to business insights and risk mitigation strategies.

During this 11-month program, I have learned the following skills : - Google Sheets, Python, Jupyter Notebook, MySQL, Power BI. - Data Cleaning, Data Visualization, Data Ethics and Privacy, Statistical Analysis. - Visual and statistical data analysis, creation of models, and communicating results to inform data-driven decisions. - Solving real-world problems using machine learning. - Analysing system capabilities and requirements by storing, retrieving, and manipulating data. - Key professional competencies such as project management, critical thinking, creative problem solving, interview techniques, communication, and collaboration skills.

- Developed an interactive dashboard web application as part of the data visualization project during my apprenticeship. - Collaborated closely with my project peer and received invaluable guidance from my supervisor, Associate Professor in AI & Digital Transformation. - Utilized specific technologies, tools, and languages such as HTML, CSS, UML, chart.js library and the framework Django to create an engaging and user-friendly interface. - Incorporated data analysis techniques to process and visualize data related to the Social Center in Morocco. - Demonstrated the importance of data visualization in decision-making for social centers. - Presented the project to faculty members and external stakeholders, highlighting the practical applications and impact of the interactive dashboard.
