* Mass production approval for chemical materials including process changes, daily receiving inspection, new material introductions, and quality issue management * Part failure analysis (field issue investigation) * Critical part and process quality assurance (new model/mass production) * Lead improvement for assigned suppliers * Receiving inspection optimization, new plant support, standardized work development * Direct responsibility for approving processes and systems for chemical materials at suppliers and Toyota North American Manufacturing Companies which includes facilitating communications, developing investigation strategy, identifying root cause/countermeasure and assuring recurrence prevention * Utilize technical expertise and function as a subject matter expert to support other Toyota groups' investigations and activities
