* Assist future and existing pharmacy providers with enrollment into pharmacy network. * Research and respond to questions submitted to the Pharmacy Network Mailbox in a timely manner. * Complete Bi-weekly reports: Disciplinary Action Report, Attorney General, US Attorney. * Complete monthly Sanctioned Compliance Report * Updating/maintaining PBX and Phantom Database * Assisting CFI with any issues relating to the Pharmacy Network * Providing accurate pharmacy network enrollment information to Audit * Maintaining contract request folder and reaching out to pharmacies that exceed 30 day request time-frame. * Send/receive maintenance files from PBM; verify information provided is accurate and entered in a timely manner.
