I started out in fashion design and naturally found my way into the product and sourcing side of things. Today, I’m working as a Procurement Specialist at Marc Cain, where I focus on sourcing materials and collaborating closely with suppliers to bring collections to life.A big part of what I do is working on pricing, costings, and allocation—making sure everything aligns in terms of quality, budget, and timelines. With my background in design and technical product development, I understand both the creative vision and what it actually takes to make it happen in production.I enjoy being in that in-between space of design, development, and sourcing—finding the right materials, solving challenges, and making sure ideas don’t just look good, but actually work.I’ve worked across womenswear, menswear, and kidswear, which gives me a strong feel for different products and processes. I’m hands-on, solution-oriented, and like to keep things moving.I’m also known for being a very open and direct person. I treat people equally, communicate honestly, and naturally build strong, collaborative relationships—whether with teams or suppliers.
