Chandler Macleod is one of Australia's largest providers of human resources services. I worked with Ian Basser, then CEO, to enhance Chandler Macleod's China profile. I pitched the company's services to the larger State Owned Enterprises with Australian operations.

* I was a research projects officer in CSIRO's Digital Productivity flagship which delivered innovation in science and technology for the development of Australia's digital future, This flagship became a part of CSIRO's Data61 in 2015. * Key Projects I worked on included: * An analysis of MBS cardiology cost growth for the Department of Health * A report investigating the future of work in Australia for the Department of Employment * Analysis of the ICT drivers of innovation in Australian business * Customer behavior in usage of superannuation, and factors affecting customer decision making * In my role I was required to: * Conduct business development * Identify, obtain and analyse data * Use empirical data and economic theory to develop stochastic models * Review academic literature * Contribute to reports and academic journal papers * Act as lead author / analyst on select projects, mapping mile stones and leading small teams.

Datacom TSS (a subsidiary of Datacom) is a specialist IT security firm, formed by senior members of the Australian Intelligence Community. My role within TSS was lead business development and client relationship manager during the company's initial expansion into Queensland.

GPR was an investment advisory specialising in China outbound investment into predominately mining and infrastructure projects. I worked with a variety of Chinese and foreign companies on M&A transactions. Through GPR I have experience in project management, business development, investment analysis, strategic consulting, negotiation and mediation.

Quipa was an IT security software company founded by my business mentor, Karyn Devonshire, past CIO of Telecom New Zealand. For Quipa, I performed market research, basic QA and constructed a software test environment during the firm's garage startup days. Karyn was also the board secretary for a startup Australian airline. I compiled this company's information memorandum, maintained its share register, and dealt with regulatory and compliance issues.

I lead an interdisciplinary team of developers, consultants, analysts and testers, delivering a web based pricing tool for a multinational client and its global subsidiaries. Key achievements for the year have been three high quality version releases of our core product, product rollouts to three new countries and new project wins delivering enhanced infrastructure, new applications and high impact reports for clients.

I attended the week long course based in Hong Kong.
