* Assist in the organization of the classroom. * Maintain paperwork and organize all files the teacher I work with. * Assist preschool children in transitioning into kindergarten. * Plan daily activities of enrichment and care for one classroom of children according to established standards. * Conduct ongoing child evaluations. * Assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring a coordinated plan of care for each family. * Interact frequently and respectfully with parents. * Provide a variety of developmentally appropriate materials. * Demonstrate awareness of the entire group whether working with a small group or individuals. * Inform parents about their child’s progress and any concerns that may arise.
