Perform the day IT support to end-users in troubleshooting and resolving of desktop problems. Perform installation, setup, configuration, migration and upgrading of desktop, laptops and printers. Setup, install, maintain and troubleshoot PC/Hardware/software/LAN & network, etc. Maintain server and network in a microsoft environment. Provide administration for Windows Server OS (2012-2016) and roles/features including, but not limited to Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, RDS, Exchange Server. Manage IT asset list. Server data backup and recovery Manage network capacity and email administration such as creating/maintaining user IDs and email addresses Provide UAT (User Acceptance Test) to various system/server/application. Assist in the procurement of hardware, software, telecommunication, audiovisual, office, equipment. Actively participate and support IT related projects. Liaise and work with external vendors for the delivery and support. Induct and train user in IT application, advice and educate users on IT basic procedure/knowledge such as classify malicious mail. Undertake any other duties in relation to your job scope as assigned by superior from time to time.

Responsible for the company's overall operations in term of hardware, software, network infrastructure and server related matters. Setup, configure, support and maintain various hardware (PC/Laptop/Server), operating system (Microsoft Windows XP, Windows XP, Windows 10, Vista), network (LAN/WAN). Support existing IT infrastructure including server administration, network operations and configurations, backup/recovery, system access security and database administration. Provide technical support and troubleshooting of hardware and software problem to the end-users System documents maintenance. Installation, administration, upgrading and maintenance of all server. Ensure anti-virus software is installed, kept up to date. Liaise with different vendors on matters related to software and maintenance services. Software license - control, update, maintain and record the log. Undertake ad-hoc assignments or duties assigned by supervisor when required.
