- Monitor import – export operations and manage inventory for each type of cargo at the relocation warehouse. - Followed up on the goods receiving process and coordinated with road and sea transportation agents to ensure timely delivery to customers in accordance with their purchase orders and delivery orders. - Verifies the monthly warehouse report and prepares the logistics daily/monthly/weekly report. - Monitored inventory aging at the Plant site and relocation warehouses monthly to plan sales for long-aged stock. - Received sales requests (Purchase orders) from the Sales Department and created Delivery orders for each request. - Coordinated with the Production Department for: + Reviewed inventory records to issue delivery orders when sufficient stock was available and adjust delivery quantities when stock was insufficient. + Based on the sales plan at Plant site and relocation warehouse, coordinated with the Production department. to prepare inventory for customer delivery or transfer to Relocation warehouses to support sales plans. - Consolidated Logistics Expenses and Monthly Cost Analysis (Warehouse, transportation, management,...) - Prepare service contracts and annexes for warehouse, road/ sea transportation agents,…. if applicable. - Prepare plans and carry out monthly inventory checks at Relocation warehouses.

- Search, meet, exchange, and consult with customers about the company's Logistics services - Search and expand the network of vendors and other Logistics service providers to get the most preferential prices for customers. - Check and handle documents related to customers' orders - Customer care during and after customers use the service - Take on the role of designing Logos, images, banners,... creating articles to attract customers to the Company's website.
