Experienced and competent Electronics Design Engineer specialising in complex PCB layout. I have a vast experience of mixed signal, high density, multi-layered PCB's including flex rigid and high current. I have worked with PCIe, Gb and 10Gb networks, high speed memory (DDR3 and DDR4), sensitive analogue circuitry as well as high power circuitry including SMPS. I have experience of designing mixed signal boards in order to meet difficult standards such as DO160 on time critical projects.I thrive off being challenged and learning new skills. As well as spending my time designing PCB's, I lead a team that deal with populating PCB's, inspecting and final test. I also work closely with suppliers in order to get the best prices on parts and assembly equipment. I believe that although my knowledge and experience is vital, my most important traits are my attitude and flexibility. I enjoy working hard and when I set my mind to a task I want to fulfill it to the best of my ability as efficiently as possible.
