With over 20 years of dedicated service as a fighter pilot in Naval Aviation and in command of warships for Surface Operations, I bring a wealth of knowledge and a passion for innovation. Throughout my service, I have successfully collaborated with international militaries and defense conglomerates from diverse geographies, enhancing my ability to navigate complex environments and build strong partnerships. My extensive background has equipped me with a unique skill set that is highly transferable to civilian roles, particularly in leadership, operations, program management and strategic planning. My journey in the Navy has provided me with in-depth knowledge of efficiently executing complex projects working closely with diverse stakeholders, fostering collaboration and innovation to achieve strategic objectives. I have a proven track record of optimising processes and implementing innovative solutions that improve operational readiness and effectiveness. My experience in building strong relationships across various levels of command and with external partners from public and private sector and has been instrumental in driving successful outcomes in numerous Aviation Projects.
