Managing marketing coordination between HQ India with Addverb Americas and EMEA, ensuring consistent marketing communication on all matters like social media, PR, events, etc.

The experience has been a wide and interesting one, filled with enjoyable challenges all along the way. The work has consisted of managing a lot of internal in-house work and dealing with external parties from different jurisdictions including India, Singapore, Australia, the Netherlands and the USA. Some of the key tasks have been: - Drafted and Negotiated contracts for a variety of high value transactions with customers, service providers, banks, etc. in and outside India. - Managed the patent portfolio of the company in and outside India. - Been a trainer for employees in their periodic training for prevention of sexual harassment at workplace under the Indian POSHW Act. - Assisted in managing the legal and regulatory compliances of the company and its overseas subsidiaries.

The work ranged across a variety of practice areas including Private Equity/Venture Capital, Mergers & Acquisitions, General Corporate and Commercial Advisory, Employment Law, Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Laws, etc. - Drafted and part of negotiations of numerous Share Subscription Agreements, Shareholders' Agreements, Share Purchase Agreements, Debenture Subscription and Trust documents, Asset Purchase Agreements, Employment Agreements, Service Agreements, Collaboration Agreements, etc. - Advised on a variety of corporate secretarial matters and prepared necessary documentation in relation thereto. - Prepared legal and business model review opinions for a number of clients. - Handled the day to day queries and work of multiple monthly retainer clients.
