• Coordinate project work with other engineers, technicians, designers to include managing or assisting with new equipment projects coming into plant. • Perform feasibility studies for fabrication, assembly machining or processing. • Understand and analyze production data to identify opportunities for improvement. Drive industry best practices in the areas of reliability, production, cost, yield, quality, availability, utilization and procedures training. • Guide and assist Maintenance team with assembly and disassembly of process equipment and components in order to diagnose issues. • Design and run experiments, create test parameters and participate in the testing, complete data analysis as well as implementation of processes, equipment and engineering solutions. • Troubleshoot, analyze, identify, evaluate, propose, implement, and document engineering solutions. Lead problem solving discussions to find root cause to equipment failures. • Mentor and train production employees in using the equipment correctly. Design new parts and modify existing designs. Systemize and document new and improved solutions by creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). • Lead continuous improvement projects to improve effectiveness and efficiency of equipment by increasing throughput, reducing internal rejection and reducing scrap rates.

• Manage Capital Expense Projects. Prepare leveling sheets, project work scopes, Gantt charts and milestone-based project reports for management review. • Generate Protocol for Mold and Equipment Validation /Qualification (Installation Qualification /Operational Qualification/Performance Qualification). • Design and run experiments (DOE), create test parameters and participate in the testing, complete data analysis, as well as implementation of processes, equipment, and engineering solutions • Initiate Change Control. Coordinating with Quality Assurance department to perform Risk assessment and Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) • Completed successful transition of ERP system from Excel to TCS ION (Enterprise Resource Planning • Assist the Maintenance team with Troubleshooting procedures • Drive Root Cause Analysis(Fishbone Diagrams). Initiate CAPA (Corrective Action Preventive Action) • Perform Gage Repeatability and Reproducibility (R&R) studies • Ensure all the internal and external PM activities are performed as per the schedule and the PM logs are updated • Provide Subject Matter Expertise in : Injection Blow Molding, Compression Blow forming, Extrusion Blow Molding Machine, Cap lining Machine and Vision Systems • Set up and optimize Vision systems to capture maximum amount of defects. Create Recipes for New products. Train Operators. • Develop and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions (WIs) and conduct training • Design custom assemblies using 3-D CAD (Autodesk Fusion 360) • Design Pneumatic Circuits using SMC Draw and Electrical Circuits using SkyCAD Electricals. Do basic PLC Logic development • Equipment and spare part procurement. Maintain spare parts inventory. Order parts based on lead time and part reliability • Ensure all the Environmental permits, EHS documents are up to date and Fire Suppression systems are inspected • Apply Engineering principals and lead continuous improvement projects

Providing Training to Operators • Provide training for Injection Blow Molding, Compression Blow Forming, Extrusion Blow Molding and Cap Lining Machines. • Design custom machine components and assemblies using 3D CAD software (Autodesk Fusion 360). Generate 2D drawings from the 3D drawings. • Design Pneumatic circuits using SMC Draw and Electrical Drawings using SkyCAD Electrical Software • Lead continuous Improvement efforts.

• Perform Validation /Qualification (Installation Qualification/Operational Qualification/Performance Qualification) for every new mold or equipment. • Generate New SOPs and Work instructions for Operation and Maintenance of Production equipment and providing training to the Packers / Utilities • Provide Training to employees for Operation of Injection Blow Molding, Extrusion Blow Forming, Compression Blow Forming and CAP Linning Machines. • Develop new Process flows for packaging and Raw/Finished Material Handling. Streamlining the existing processes to improve the product flow efficiency • Supervise daily production activities. Coordinating with Machine operators and Packers/Utilities. • Participate in FMEA and Root Cause Analysis exercises. Assist Quality Assurance Department in performing Risk Analysis for new processes or process changes • Troubleshoot PLCs, controllers, pneumatic circuits, electrical circuits, hydraulic circuits etc. Train Junior Technicians on Preventive Maintenance Procedures and Troubleshooting Procedures. • Design custom machine components and assemblies using 3D CAD software (Autodesk Fusion 360). Generate 2D drawings for the 3D designs • Design Pneumatic circuits using SMC Draw and Electrical Drawings using SkyCAD Electrical Software • Maintain Batch Manufacturing Records. Ensure the process and machine parameters are entered correctly. Verify against actual data. • Set up vision systems and creating new recipes on Intravis , IMD Vista and SACMI CVS Vision Systems. Provide Operator Trainings for the same. Generate Vision system reports. Verify the data against the Batch Manufacturing Records. • Perform Pre Startup Approvals and Line clearance for new product or batch • Act as a liaison between Production and quality departments • Ensure that all the Preventive Maintenance activities are performed as per the schedule
