Kristina Faragher

I’m a fundraising strategist with 10+ years of experience in membership growth and donor engagement across advocacy and arts organizations. At the Sierra Club, I oversee national recruitment and onboarding efforts, and direct Wilderness Guardians, our monthly giving program with nearly 90,000 sustaining members. I’m passionate about collaboration and have spoken at industry events including the Bridge Conference and DMAW’s Sustainer Day. Prior to joining Sierra Club, I served as Deputy Director of Membership at the Human Rights Campaign and held roles at leading arts institutions such as Woolly Mammoth, Arena Stage, and Shakespeare Theatre Company.
