Kristian Kinserdal

Experienced leader with a strong background in both land-based manufacturing and offshore operations. With over a decade of expertise in technical management, HSE leadership, and team coordination, I’ve contributed to everything from subsea installations to large-scale factory optimization. Currently serving as Factory Manager at Nobia, where I hold overall responsibility for a 20,000 m² kitchen production facility with 160 employees. I oversee all aspects of operations, including production, maintenance, logistics, HSE, and personnel. I’m deeply committed to lean manufacturing principles, continuously working to eliminate waste, streamline processes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. I’ve also held key roles in offshore service and engineering, including international projects in Congo. I’m solution-oriented, structured, and passionate about developing both people and processes to drive operational excellence.
