Responsibilities include completing administrative activities related to assigned clients. Working closely with Sales Team Leader and other support personnel. Claims, deductions, and promotion forms management; assisting with performing administrative activities, and facilitating problem resolution by maintaining communication and serving as a liaison to the Sales Team, customer service personnel, and other support staff.

Responsibilities include ensuring efficient and profitable operation of the store, ensuring that the “Service Experience” of Starbucks is consistently offered to all the customers as well as maintaining the quality store operations, maximizing financial contribution, and all store partners are being empowered and directed in a very positive manner. Full responsibility of all store operations from inventory management to hitting sales targets, writing schedules, delivering employee reviews every 6 months, holding all employees accountable for actions to deliver exceptional customer service to every customer, as well as maintaining a high level of store cleanliness and a conscious food safe environment.

Responsibilities include running the front end, customer service, and phones, driving the business, driving credit card applications, ensuring each transaction is exceptional in store and over the phone, completing opening and closing paperwork, writing and overlooking schedules, handling customer concerns in store, over the phone, and through the CSI survey, counting all cash drawers and the nightly deposit, writing the sales floor lead and manager on duty schedule. Other responsibilities include holding associates accountable for poor performance and attendance, coaching and developing individuals based on their growth path, and strategically utilizing associates based on their strengths and weaknesses.
