By the age of four, I could name every car brand that passed us on the road and was certain I’d grow up to fix cars. As I got older, I realized there are no coincidences. Engineering runs in my blood, many of my relatives were mechanics or machine designers, and my father is a mechanical design engineer. Growing up, I spent countless hours with my grandfather tinkering in the garage, welding, machining, repairing, and building all sorts of machines with a vast array of tools. Meanwhile, I watched my father sketch technical drawings at his drafting table, fascinated by the process of turning an idea into a blueprint, and eventually into something real. So it was only natural that I chose to become a mechanical engineer myself. I still remember the thrill of seeing the machine I had designed come to life in a workshop, and later, operating on the production line. Working in a multinational environment, I soaked up every bit of technical knowledge I could: designing car body fixtures with advanced 3D software, coordinating V-Diesel experimental engine projects, and eventually earning my IPMA Level C project management certification. While I was immersed in the automotive industry, my father began asking me more and more often: would I consider working with forklifts and material handling equipment? He had spent decades at Niketrans Kft., and by then had become a co-founder and managing director of Niketrans Targonca Kft. After years in the corporate world, I found myself longing for greater freedom and the opportunity to apply everything I had learned in a Hungarian-owned company. Only one question remained and it was the hardest one: would my family support this decision? Would we leave Győr and return to my hometown, Veszprém, so I could shift from automotive industry to forklifts? Thanks to my wife’s support, I was able to follow my dream. In March 2018, I joined Niketrans Targonca Kft. as Strategic Director and Head of the Forklift Parts Division. My first job was at AUDI Tooling and Device Construction. As a mechanical engineer I planed plenty of car body manufacturing devices and robot arms between 2006-2010. I am proud that my devices were manufactured in the workshop of Audi and they are still working in different Audi sites. In 2010 I had the opportunity to try me in a new, very interesting position, which was MAC, the experimental enginene centre of Audi. I had the honour of coordinating V-Diesel engine projects. This projects were very special kind of simultaneous engineering, which ment, that we worked parallel with other departments. In 2011-2012 I was resident in AUDI AG Neckarsulm, where I could got to know the whole V-Diesel Engine Constuction Department. I collected not just a lot of technician and project knowledge, but a lot of friends of mine. Between 2013-2015 I worked in V8 Diesel projects. After a short while I had an offer to try VW projects for WOB so I could get to know the style of german projetleaders. In 2014 I had the honour of starting the Talent programm of Audi, which ensured me a lot of kind of off the job seminars (like stress control, time management, basic rules of leadership, presentation, etc.) and on the job trainings. In 2016 I succeed the certification of IPMA as an IPMA C project leader. With my talent team we worked out 2 successful projects for Audi: - Implementing Study of Automated Guided Transport for the vehicle spare parts transportation - Digital Data Identification in the vehicle manufacturing In 2017, 2018 I had the chance to get to know the Audi vehicle program planing, where I could coordinate the teamwork of 10 colleagues. I am thankful for Audi for this happy and useful "work hard, play hard" years. I managed to understand the pilosophy, that people must stay always in your focus -> KEEP ALWAYS TOUCH WITH YOUR TEAM AND BE ONE OF THEM!

I engineered my first device for an AUDI A4 door manufacturing line, which was installed in INGOLSTADT. I had the opportunity the have a look at the functioning multinational company, like Audi. I was amazed at the professional way of manufacturing in AUDI.
