NICKSON project - lease the perfect furniture (Operations Dashboard): • Requirements Gathering: Collect feedback and requests from client team via presentations, Slack, or meetings • Product Enhancement: Manage improvement suggestions from Provectus team for existing products • Requirements Analysis: Work with existing documentation and clarify requirements with client team • Solution Design: Coordinate and finalize requirements and logic with stakeholders, writing new requirements • Task Estimation: Coordinate with team to estimate design, frontend, backend, and DevOps work • Infrastructure Planning: Confirm the costs or change/search for other options • Sprint Planning: Create and coordinate development plans with client • Task Distribution: Create and assign tickets across design, frontend, backend, and DevOps teams • Implementation Oversight: Monitor task progress through weekly meetings and daily communications • UI/UX Review: Testing and subsequent approval of the design with the Client • Manual (environment) Testing: Perform various testing types including smoke, integration, and regression testing of Web (three environments), iOS and Android mobile client-server applications • Bug Management: Track and prioritize bugs for immediate or future sprint fixes • Deployment: Coordinate deployments of tasks between environments (TMP, Develop, Staging, Production, Mobile) • Sprint Reporting: Provide implementation reports, demo recordings, and bug fixes to client • Sprint Planning: Prepare and update task lists for upcoming sprints based on current priorities • Sprint Kickoff: Review and discuss upcoming sprint tasks with team before implementation
