To recruit and map a potential source/channel of MOU foreign labor for serving labor demand in each business sector inside company by aligning with business needs and qualification To estimate and plan a strategic & preventive plan for MOU foreign labor manpower to ensure that everything is on track and able to embrace with unexpected situations (such as labor shortage, competitive labor market, etc.) Responsible for visa, work permit and relevant documents for MOU foreign labor from neighbor countries To coordinate with Foreign Workers Administration Office (สำนักบริหารแรงงานต่างด้าว), Department of Employment (กรมการจัดหางาน), Immigration Bureau (สำนักงานตรวจคนเข้าเมือง) or else for proceeding any documentation process. To give a useful recommendation and proper solution about MOU foreign labor for any business sector such as necessary process and documents or any advantage opportunity which positive for company To act as company representative to improve a good relationship between MOU foreign labor and company

Job duties: 1. Sourcing candidates to fit in the Job vacancies. 2. Make an appointment for the interview, exit interview. 3. Maintenance database, record all potential candidates to HR Database. 4. Coordinate with recruitment agencies when needed or hiring new position is on process. 5. Attend to Job fair (Universities). Attend to career talk. 6. Participate to help the school scholarship (CSR). 7. On boarding program. 8.Organize the orientation and introduction program for new employees. (Thais and Expat) 9. Collect all HR related documentations in the department are managed and controlled 10. • Conducting recruitment cycles, including in relation to contacting universities for career events, sourcing and screening. # Achievements# 1. Attends to career talk, interact to the students (AIT) 2. Take photos of 700+ employees to make the new badges. 3. New 2,000 CV, prepare for new projects.

Job duties 1. To achieve the individual sales target as activity target every month. 2. To make a plan for sales & marketing activities and time management control. Keep personal relationship with the candidates registered. 3. Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefit of the job. Preparing CV’s and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting to the clients. 4. Arranging interviews between candidates and clients as requested by clients. Follow-up / debrief before and after the interview, inform the result. 5. Negotiating the conditions between clients and candidates. Building and relationship with clients by visitation, E-mail, phone. Developing a good understanding of clients, industry, work culture and environment. 6. To listen to the problems and Recruitment requirements from Client and give appropriate suggestion to Client as request. 7. Advertising vacancies appropriately by drafting and placing adverts in necessary media. Coordinate and sharing the necessary information with internally / externally. # Achievements# 1.
