 Operate the divisions efficiently and profitably, by coordinating all its functions, under the guidance of the proprietors.  Financial reporting, Accounts, Internal Audit, Working Capital Management, Inventory Control, VAT & Sub-Contract Operations.  Liaison with External Auditors, Banks and Statutory Authorities.  Negotiation of credit limits with banks and enable the required documentation.  Provide financial and operational insight into key drivers, assumptions, trends and metrics that supports the P & L analytics through budget planning, forecasting and revenue analysis.  Serve as Business Unit Liaison to Corporate Finance and other support functions to facilitate process improvements, infrastructure development and cross company initiatives by contributing business unit knowledge and insight  Furnish requisite MIS Reports to facilitate decision making.  Expertise in Corporate Finance, Project Finance & Accounting, Contracting, Credit Control and its evaluation.  Cost Management & analysis to aid decision making for New Projects.  In commercial, evaluation of customer orders, delivery schedules, dispatches & logistics and related bank documentations.  In contracts, finalization of Sub Contract, Transport and other Legal Agreements.  Scrutiny of adequacy of all internal controls, systems and policies, including Internal Audit.  Conduct regular Internal Audit of Companies in the Group, including Corporate and submit IA Report to the Mgmt, incl Risk Assessment, System Adequacy and Statutory Compliances.
