•Generate and setup characterization report for new product and machine. •In charge of optics and prototyping new product introduction (NPI) camera projects up to product maturity to series production and end of life at IMI’s Camera manufacturing unit. •Line sustenance, failure analysis for cameras, and troubleshooting of test equipment. • Create, Update or revise FMEA and WI's of a specific product/model. • Analyze yield trends formulate and execute action plans. • Evaluate and propose tester modifications for yield improvement. • Generate FA reports and drive appropriate corrective actions. • Analyze test equipment reports and formulate long term solutions. • Analysis related to MTF and Precision measurements. • Verification of MTF measurements using IMATEST software.

•Experienced in using Laser trimmer M310, TEL P8 Prober, Teradyne, LCT, CTS testers, August NSX AOI machine. •Participates with cross functional team and drives improvement projects and activities geared toward improvement in cost, productivity and quality for manufacturing needs. •Supports requirements for new wafer introduction and process and product qualification. •Prepares weekly reports and daily update and sustenance on hold lots. •Handles and generates reports for customer complaints.

•Generates and updates Certification Exams, Manufacturing Work Instructions, FMEA, checklists, 8D and other process documentation for Final Test Processes (SPAR, RF and DC Test). •Conducts orientation, training and certification for newly hired production and engineering personnel. •Establishes process controls and perform daily line audit to confirm that the manufacturing line produces goods compliant to defined process controls. •Conducts daily line audit to ensure that the line is Audit Ready at all times. •Participates in process simplification activities for yield and quality improvement such as Automated Test Equipment (ATE) standardization, Reference sample creation and Generation of MSC report.

• Attend to phone inquiries regarding technical issues and follow up on complaints. • Performs transaction & data entry for compilation of subscriber related complaints and concerns. • Assists in DSL modem installation and MDF cable connection for new subscribers. • Updates line inventory database for new and disconnected lines. • Assists in troubleshooting lines at MDF for subscribers’ concern. • Checks and updates status for open and resolved technical issues in communication with field engineer.
