European Values under Attack? Democracy, Disaffection and Minority Rights in the Baltic states' is a Baltic Sea Foundation-supported project, addressing attitudes towards democracy 10 years after joining the EU and some 5 years after the financial crisis, which hit the three countries hard. The centrepiece of the project is a major opinion survey in each of the three countries. Based on previous surveys compiled throughout the 1990s and up 2004 under the name New Baltic Barometer, this project will follow up and expand these surveys.
