Tracking Quality Resolution of the customer complaints/request by doing closure calls to ensure customer delight. Worked in TOYOTA KIRLOSKAR MOTORS as an associate in Vehicle Logistics Department. Duration:- From 5th Nov 2009 to 20th march 2010 Handling Vehicle Despatch Operation which includes, checking dispatch plan & updation, & follow up with OPG Dept for FR Clearance, Vehicle checking & co-ordinating with Excise Department to generate the invoice.
