Managed a 5 person international team comprised of Data Engineers and Data Analysts to reliably deliver business intelligence visualizations at scale to over 90 different clients making up over 15MM in revenue. Created python ETL pipelines using Amazon Web Services, Docker, and Kubernetes. Managed all portions of the client engagements including collaborative ideation, binding agreements, expectation setting, project management, development and delivery. Delivered and actioned on a long term product roadmap.

Served as a technical liaison for new business and existing at-risk accounts. Participated from first call through close of business including presentations, proof of concepts and technical ownership of the sales cycle. Brought deep technical and coding experience to the solutions engineering team after a year on the product engineering team. Served as the subject matter expert on product feature/functionality, including 3rd party integrations. Responsible for responding to RFIs & RFPs. During this time accomplishments include: • Integrating Searchlight with third party business intelligence tools such as DOMO and Tableau • Creating efficient processes for custom client reporting • Developing and presenting organic marketing strategies to clients • Serving as the primary technical point of contact for security RFPs.

Responsible for creating test plans and writing automated tests in Ruby and Cucumber around certain feature sets for our web application. Worked to ensure the health of our continuous integration pipeline that brought our code deploy cycle down from bi-weekly to daily. Worked closely with AWS EC2 instances, SQS Queues, and S3 in testing and in relation to our CI pipeline. Accomplishments include: · Planning and building the visual testing framework for a leaf node of a web application · Building tools to monitor production performance which lead to the deprecation and recreation of poorly performing endpoints · Writing feature tests to ensure high product quality across full stack feature sets · Ensuring code deploys went out in a timely fashion and maintaining the availability of production-like (beta) environments
