Being a Product Owner/Manager and Data Scientist of applying AI and ML solution(supervised and unsupervised) to different legal categories such as Counter-Terrorism, Law Enforcement data request operation, Payment Sanction, Anti-money Laundering, General Ethics & Compliance, Donation and more.

- Initiate ideas & contribute to developing software features for the internal legal CRM. - Applying the ML model to compliance process and replacing old 3rd party software which helped to save $1M license fee and reduced 90% of human review hours - Redesigned the payment ID verification review process and reduced operational hours.

Engineer in the team to be responsible for supporting tens of thousands of data pipelines by analyzing the Big Data system metadata such as data pipeline historical ETA/performance, Error rate, and Server Health to provide an accurate data pipeline landing time and pipeline improvement suggestions. With utilizing the historical data, we are able to use Machine Learning (NLP and classifier) to analyze the error logs for categorizing error into different categories and priorities that can reducing 50% of manual error investigation time.
