Kimberly Griffin
Instructional Designer @ Quest Software
About
I’m a collaborative, challenge‑driven professional with a passion for helping organizations reach their goals. My background in magazine publishing blends with experience in the software industry give me a unique perspective on how to support both clients and customers with clarity, empathy, and purpose. Years as a technical writer sharpened my attention to detail and strengthened my instinct for clean, effective communication. Today, I bring those strengths into my instructional design work, creating learning experiences that are thoughtful, accessible, and aligned with business needs. I’m energized by the rapid evolution of AI in the learning space and enjoy exploring how emerging tools can elevate the way people learn. Outside of work, I’m a wife to a wonderful husband, mom to two exceptional boys, and a proud Nittany Lion. I am deeply committed to advocating for neurodivergent individuals. That commitment has shaped my leadership as co‑chair of Quest Minds, Quest’s neurodiversity ERG, and continues through my role co‑leading a CHADD support group for parents and caregivers of children with ADHD.
