I am presently a sophomore at Indiana University studying Entrepreneurship and Corporate Innovation. My interest in business has been heavily influenced by my boss from my first and current job at SubZero. My boss detected my skill of being significantly task-oriented and my passion for my job. As I was promoted, he gave me insights into how to run a small business. He gave me a first-hand experience in sales and the ups and downs of being an entrepreneur in times post-COVID-19. I plan to use this knowledge and background in convergence with my passion and task-oriented skills to gain a higher hand with the cards I am dealt. Regardless of the company or position, I will be able to apply these skills to my work as well as use my prior business and professional education to pursue a career in business. My experiences with managing and customer service taught me real-world lessons on how to make everyone feel heard and understand the needs of each individual.
