*  Co-facilitate weekly EXPLORE groups for court ordered domestic violence offenders. *  Document each client’s progress weekly in PsychConsult. *  Complete monthly reports on client’s progress for probation officers and/or court.

*  Responsible for staffing and operating 24 hour emergency domestic violence safe house *  Supervision and training of 15 full time, part time and per diem staff *  Coordinate with local volunteer agencies and donors to provide necessary maintenance and items needed for the safe house *  Oversee approval of all new safe house intakes *  Monthly and quarterly reporting to funders such as the CT Food Bank, DSS, and CT Coalition Against Domestic Violence *  Provide on-call support for emergency situations in safe house

*  Provide domestic violence counseling and safety planning services to children and adults in the community and shelter *  Educate parents on child development, parenting skills, and the effects of domestic violence on children *  Advocate on behalf of children and parents with DCF, DSS, school faculty, police, and childcare providers *  Provide oversight of Board of Education grants and activities, including reporting and grant writing *  Provide local school with presentations on topics such as dating violence, bullying, and healthy relationships *  Documentation, quarterly reporting, and assisting in grant writing *  Designing and implementing a support group for child victims of domestic violence

*  Assist children with developmental disabilities in classroom settings *  Model ABA skills in the home for parents of children with developmental disabilities *  Maintain communication with child’s teachers, Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, and speech teachers regarding any changes or needs of child *  Coordinate with teachers to ensure behavior plans are being implemented properly *  Provide in home services for children during school breaks and after school

*  Provide emergency crisis intervention for female adolescents in a residential facility *  Complete weekly supervisions with third shift Adolescent Development Specialists *  Ensure adequate coverage for all shifts *  Facilitate support and educational groups for adolescents living in the facility

*  Ensure safety of all residents in facility *  Document critical incidents within appropriate time frames *  Provide advocacy to 1 to 2 assigned clients by attending multidisciplinary team meetings *  Schedule shift activities such as groups, recreation, phone calls, meals, and visits

*  Assist adults with developmental disabilities in a group home setting with daily living skills *  Provide recreational activities in the community *  Obtain CTDMR medication certification and distribute medication to participants *  Plan a daily schedule, including residents in activities such as cooking, grocery shopping, and recreation
