Manage the delivery of assigned School Capital Projects. Defines project requirements with clients and coordinates team members, consultants and contractors; while ensuring all project scope, time, cost and quality objectives are met. Project budgets range from $5 million to $60 million. Ensure all phases of project activities comply with government and ministry legislation, policies, guidelines, standards and procedures.

Responsible for assisting Project Managers in the delivery and implementation of Learning Facilities that include Design Bid Build, Design Build from design development through construction, building commissioning and turnover stages for assigned capital projects. Liaison function between the team's Project Manager and the client/user, consultants and the construction team and coordinates requirements within project constraints, obtaining maximum cooperation of stakeholders. Control and manage the distribution, processing and maintenance of all contract documents including plans, drawings, as-builds, change orders, detailed designs, etc.

Review construction drawings and bid documents for compliance with Government standards. Assist School Boards with any building and maintenance concerns.

Framing two story single family homes. Steel Framing low-rise condominium, erecting; Steel columns and beams, steel joist, structural steel stud and light weight interior framing and composite metal floor decking.
