Executing tasks in accordance with job cards (work orders) issued, ensuring compliance with both Client and Company requirements. • Conducting investigations, evaluations, and restorations of identified equipment malfunctions. • Performing minor repairs and maintenance on electrical equipment and appliances, as per the Service Level Agreement (SLA). • Assisting with office relocations, including but not limited to furniture installations, shopfitting, door and lock repairs, handle and window maintenance, ceiling and carpet tile replacements, and general painting work. • Carrying out minor repairs and servicing of all plumbing-related equipment as per the SLA. • Conducting Tier 1 inspections and repairs on air-conditioning equipment. • Inspecting and reporting on fire and access control equipment, including fire extinguishers, hose reels, fire hydrants, fire detectors, and access control systems. • Assisting Artisans with major repairs and servicing tasks. • Providing regular feedback to the Facilities Manager, Service Manager, Building Manager, or Resource Coordinator regarding operational restoration and maintenance status.
