- Responsible for making subcontracts with different subcontractors working in different packages (concrete works, steel structures, Plaster and Block works ... Etc.) for different projects. - Making comparison sheets for Sub-contractors. - Engage in a number of negotiations with subcontractors. Working with other companies to find the lowest possible prices. - Negotiate with subcontractors on lead-time, cost and quality so as to obtain the maximum benefit for the company. - Assist Tendering and Costing Department as required.

- Responsible of the sales of African countries: Nigeria, South Africa & other countries. - Travelling to Algeria for a month (During January/February) acting as a focal point in a big project (12,000 MT.) Handling technical problems, communication between Egypt team and Algeria team. - Preparing technical & commercial offer and follow up with customers to negotiate /modify the offer until closing the deal. - Studying Customers’ drawings and requests, Preparing the project information system, Contracts, offers, and change orders, and handling all these issues with customers. - Following up all Engineering & Financial issues with customers and the head office. - Coordinate with different departments (Engineering, Finance, Production, Material, Q.C & Shipping) in order to follow up the progress of the project and ensure that contracts Obligation is successfully met. - Provide after sales services to customers until the buildings are completely erected. - Assist the Sales Manager in preparing the weekly / monthly sales / job reports.

- Studying the project information system, change orders, claims etc. and raising questions and requests for clarifications as necessary. - Coordinating with manufacturing, finance, quality control, material and shipping departments on progress/delays. - Consulting with the P.M manager in cases of non-standard inventory items, non-standard fabrication requirements, non-standard shipping requirements and any difficulties that he may encounter. - Revising contracts descriptions and finance payment terms

Designing and preparing complete design calculations & approval drawings.

During military service period June 2005 – December 2006 Working with BENQ, BMW, IBM and Trident companies as a marketing agent in Nile Hilton responsible for promoting company products (digital Cameras, laptops, flat screen displays) and also with other companies.
