Kathryn Flynn
Community Liaison @ Ennoble Care
About
Community Liaison | Hospice & Palliative Care Advocate | Senior Care Strategist | Founding Leader of ACAP Douglas/Paulding | Active Member of SALT Triad | Advocate for Seniors & Animals. Connection has always been at the center of my work. Whether I’m helping a family navigate the complexities of aging, guiding them toward the right care solution, or watching a 1,200-pound horse help someone rediscover their confidence, I believe every relationship is an opportunity to make life better.I recently joined Ennoble Care as a Community Liaison, supporting families through the full continuum of in-home primary care, palliative care, and hospice services. Ennoble Care’s philosophy resonates deeply with me:“To care is an honor.”Their model delivers concierge-style, physician-led care directly to where patients live—reducing barriers, easing stress, and supporting dignity at every stage of illness. From chronic condition management to symptom relief and end-of-life care, Ennoble is designed to be a family’s first call and trusted resource, offering clarity and compassion in moments that matter most.My path into senior care is a blend of strategy and service. After years in real estate and high-level operations, I transitioned into senior living, where my background in negotiation, communication, and relationship-building aligned naturally with my heart for advocacy. Since then, I’ve walked alongside families facing major transitions—ensuring they feel informed, supported, and never alone.I also serve as a Founding Leader for ACAP Douglas/Paulding (Adult Children of Aging Parents) and as an active member of SALT Triad (Seniors and Law Enforcement Together). These roles allow me to educate, collaborate, and strengthen the safety and well-being of seniors in our communities.Beyond healthcare, I’m dedicated to Hands, Hoofs, and Hearts, a therapeutic horsemanship program where individuals with disabilities build confidence and connection through equine partnership. Seeing transformation happen in that environment continues to fuel my passion for service.I’m known for my energy, authenticity, and ability to build meaningful partnerships—and I strive to leave every person, project, and place better than I found it.If you work in senior care, hospice, palliative medicine, community outreach, social services, or animal-assisted therapy—or if you simply believe in building something meaningful together—I’d love to connect.
