Reduced our operating expenses using metric driven benchmarks with operational buy-in • Re-design of the Revenue Cycle and reduced Days in AR thru KPI metric management • Integrated our Nursing Home and VNA and centralized our Post-Acute Delivery System • Integrated our cost reductions to our for profit physician groups, joint ventures and affiliates
