Managed a group of trainers around Australia & New Zealand with the role out of Domino’s Pizza’s new POS System called PULSE. In charge of the role out procedures and training program of the new Point of Sales System across all stores. Working closely with both corporate and franchise stores in Australia & New Zealand whilst considering costs towards both the corporate stores and business owners. Also developed all the training material and training program practises to ensure accuracy and proficiency with the use of the POS system.

Trained and Developed new incoming Franchise business owners into new and/or existing stores. Trained and supported new franchise business owners and their team members in exceptional operational procedures, systems and profitability.
