End to end delivery of application development for Vodafone UK IT front office systems from Amdocs Limited. Owning governance, escalations and service improvement plans. Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for the assurance of IT spend of circa £6m per annum for third party supplier delivery. - Overall management of the decommissioning and migration of customers from a legacy IT billing system (£750k). - Project Management of the upgrade of hardware and software for the Vodafone top up system (£500k). - Assisted Senior Management in partner contract negotiations. - Led the IT Apprenticeship scheme Key Achievements - Project managed a complex decommissioning project to retire a heritage billing system in readiness for the company move to an upgraded IT network. - Project managed the upgrade of the Vodafone prepay solution, negotiating contracts, acquisition and disposal of hardware and software. - Successfully managed outsourced relationships with multiple partners across various locations and cultures (on and off-shore) in order to deliver all IT customer application development projects. Gained valuable experience assisting in a substantial and arduous contract renegotiation.

Demand Management troubleshooter for UK IT. Key Responsibilities: - Working with IT Senior Management, managing a cross-functional team to improve Resource and Demand Management processes. Defining capacity contracts for business quarterly planning sessions. - Led an internal programme to connect the back office IT worker to the customer journey. - Managed a virtual team of Employee Experience volunteers that were focused on driving up Employee Survey results and the employee Net Promoter Score of the team, focusing on personal development. - Managed the IT Apprenticeship scheme. - Line management responsibilities.

Responsible for the mobilisation of the Networks Investment plan and supporting all planning activities for UK network related investment within the remit of the UK Strategy and Planning team. Manage the Networks A.T. Kearney (ATK) submissions and forecasts. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver ATK results into UK Finance for the Networks department, working alongside senior stakeholders. - Raise funding requests for multi-million pound Programmes. - Process ownership and implementation supporting Strategy and Planning Governance. - Support large Networks Programmes, tracking delivery against the yearly plan. - Define project prioritisation. - Create and produce the Network Investment Planning Team Dashboard.
