Designed 15+ informational and event flyers to boost student engagement with the ODA & main campus events via social media. Developed bi-weekly newsletters using the marketing platform ‘Marketing Cloud’ that detailed scholarship deadlines and requirements, along with job opportunities, career fairs, and cultural campus events. Organized and promoted professional development events for ODA members using Canva and Microsoft Excel, and then to social media platforms. Shared detailed recaps of ODA program events and informational videos across social media platforms to enhance visibility and student engagement.

Engaged with 20+ customers daily to promote membership plans, detailing benefits and payment options that led to a high rate of membership sales at our location.
