Working with a talented team to develop and market product lines under Spirit Fitness and XTERRA Fitness brands to multiple sales channels of both residential and commercial fitness products.

Advanced to Director role to manage growing retail business and develop niche consumer products. Responsible for retail growth of 49% in 2012 and 40% in 2013 by opening up new accounts in multiple sales channels, both domestically and internationally.

Brought on board to consolidate and streamline business practices for ST Fitness consumer division following acquisition of Ironman inventory from Keys Fitness, manage the newly licensed Ironman brand, and continue to develop the consumer product offerings for various distribution channels.

Selected to plan, develop, and execute product management for newly licensed Ironman brand while continuing to develop established Keys Fitness product assortment. Lead a team of 9 to support, develop, and market over 400 SKU’s.

Architected two new core categories that delivered over $6 million in each year-one sales for sustainable growth. Established strong relationships with overseas manufacturers. Set pricing and launched new products working directly with accounts and sales leaders.

Responsible for all merchandising and planning activities. Managed a staff of 3.

Responsible for new store layouts, purchase order generation and replenishment. Aided in creation of 24 unique, high margin, and exclusive private label products in partnership with suppliers.
