Responsible for Sourcing of Components for Electronic Gears e.g. electronic Ballast, electronic Transformer, Ignitors, LED Driver. Permanent Market Research for assigned commodity groups, supplier assessment and approval. Consolidation of needs from each local R&D sites, to standardize the Component Portfolio and maximum impact on volumes. In a team with the responsible Lead Buyer, price negotiations done to ensure a optimzed Quality/Price ratio.

International Project Manager for modification and transfer Projects. Project Team Structure was of Austria Headquater and China as beeing the future manufacturing site. Project Target was to modify an existing product manufactured in Austria to utilize the advantages of China manufacturing and in the same time transfer the production location. As the Project Manager I leaed the Team to a successfull transformation to reach the Project targets. This included the total modifciation with R&D, Process Engineering, Investments for new Production Equipment, assigning experts for short term assignments to China. Aswell the whole supply chain, with Phase out in Austria / Phase in China including all logistics topics, e.g. customs, transportation, tax management. Sucess of the Project was more than € 4Million savings with beeing direct EBIT.
